Model Homes to be Built
We have several model homes to your choice, depending on the investment that you intend to do. From a house with one bedroom and a bathroom, which can grow according to their needs, to a house that would be eligible to receive members of any royal family.
Building a home brings a lot of work that most people prefer to avoid, but even if the work is about an hour from the city and one is not close enough to track it daily . For that reason we offer a construction service “Turn Key” that allows you to build your dream home without the typical problems that are related to construction.
You just pick the type of house you want to buy and whether to make internal changes to the design of the architectural plan, you can sit with our Plant Architect to design about your plans, the changes you want to do, before the start of construction .
Once you accept the contributions of the changes requested, proceed to the signing of the contract and paying the down payment. From this point until the day we give you the keys to your home, you are disconnected from the process, while we take care to ensure that everything is done as you requested.
Upon receipt of your home, you will enjoy 12-month guarantee on construction. Depending on the model you choose, the construction time ranges from 7 to 12 months.
The Alcázar of Coronado, a project designed by the architect Juan Manuel Vasquez, whos inspiration came from works such as the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida and the Marriott Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. In this building each owner can boast of an excellent quality constructed building, spacious common areas and a low density of 67 homes, taking account that the project was built in an area of approximately 13,000 Mts2.
The building is shaped like a cross. The design creates four wings named North, South, East and West. The design is done in such a way, that all residences are away from each other, which gives owners more privacy. From the third floor on, each wing has uninterrupted views of the ocean and mountains.
